PEAK DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

The most critical issues in all organizations are the people issues. The developing of persons is the key to the building of strong, functional teams. The development of a person involves the total person. Your people have " a great part" waiting to be discovered. Great organizations are built on the foundationof great people. INTEG will work with your key people to assist them in discovering that greatness.

The Peak Leadership Program will be tailored to respond to the unique needs and special potential of the lead individuals in your organization. This program is designed to respond to two focus areas: 1) Business/Career Development and 2) Personal Development.

In the Business Development modile, the participant will:

  • Assess the present reality
  • Identify the old scripts that have brought them to the present
  • Define a new reality for the future
  • Write a new script for change.


    • In the Personal Development module, the participant will:

  • Take personal inventory
  • Establish a personal control zone
  • Identify personal core values
  • Learn to "vision from the centre"
  • Define and endorse a personal mission

    • When your lead people personally engage this developmental process, they will emerge with a focused perspective on thier issues, better self-awareness, and new confidence to take the next stepin their development.
