TYPE AND TEAM BUILDING WORKSHOP

Using the "Keirsey Temperament Sorter II"[c], this initial workshop is designed to provide a foundation upon which a dynamic team can be built. Participants will be led through a process of discovering why teams break down and the fundamentals of a dynamic team environment.

Participants will:
  • Engage a diagnostic process to access their present work group's team aptitude.
  • Will workshop together re: team goals and objectives and establish a team mission.
  • Gain a clear understanding of the primary threat to all organizations and the impact it has on a team.
  • Discover their personality type and how to use this too to value and validate themselves as a vital part of the team.,/li>
  • Learn how to use "Type" to gain understanding of different work issues and how to develop pro-active and creative responses to those issues.
  • Identify the core team building principle and the key ingredients of effective teams.

    • As with all INTEG programs, this team-building course will be tailored to respond to the unique issues and special needs of your particular group. This introductory material can serve as a foundation for addressing such issues as communication, conflict, problem solving, leadership-followship issues, ect.

    Teams always break down at the point of the interaction between people. If we build a state of the art facility, aquire the latest technology, and establish the best systems, but do not address the people issues, we will fail to build an effective team dynamic. If we re-engineer, but fail to rehumanize the workplace, we will not acquire the optimum results of our efforts. INTEG's team building is geared to address those deeper human issues that always stand in the way of organizational effectivness.
