Using the "Keirsey Temperament Sorter II"[c], this initial workshop is designed to provide a foundation upon which a dynamic team can be built. Participants will be led through a process of discovering why teams break down and the fundamentals of a dynamic team environment.

This introductory material can serve as a foundation for addressing such issues as communication, conflict, problem solving, leadership-followship issues, ect.
Teams always break down at the point of the interaction between people. If we build a state of the art facility, aquire the latest technology, and establish the best systems, but do not address the people issues, we will fail to build an effective team dynamic. If we re-engineer, but fail to rehumanize the workplace, we will not acquire the optimum results of our efforts.
